Arsenal maintain their top position

Gunners are really flying high after their another win over Sunderland. Arsenal with goals from Senderos and two from Van Persie. Sunderland gave them a tough time as they replied two goals from Wallace and Jones.

Likewise Manchester United and Manchester City are also pressing hard to give the gunners a tough time. Elano inspired Manchester City dispatched Middlesbrough to maintain their cent percent home record as they won the match 3-1. Elano scored two and Riggot scored an own goal while Hutchinson salvaged some pride for Middlesbrough. One each from Tevez, Rooney and two goals from Ronaldo secured all 3 points for the red devils against Wigan.

Liverpool and Tottenham shared points with 2-2 draw. Voronin and Torres scored for the reds while Robbie Keane scored both goals for the spurs. Newcastle also won th ematch against toffees 3-2. Nicky Butt, Emre and Owen scored for the toons while Johnson and own goal from Given were replies from the Everton. S
alomon Kalou scored the only goal as Chelsea won in the Premier League for the first time since August 25th against Bolton. Second-half goals from Benjani and Hermann Hreidarsson won th ematch for Portsmouth against Fulham. reading won th ematch against Derby with a single goal from Kevin Doyle. Goals by David Bentley and Benni McCarthy secured victory for Blackburn against Birmingham. Jerome scored for the Birmingham.
